Annapurna Region

The name Annapurna is derived from Sanskrit word meaning "full of food". The Mount Annapurna ranges at the height of 26,545 feet (8,091 meters) listed as the world's tenth tallest mountain.

The most desired trek for all the trekkers around the world with a variety of ethnic groups and distinct biodiversity. The major trekking trails in the Annapurna region are Jomsom to Muktinath, Annapurna Base Camp, and the Annapurna Circuit which covers the Annapurna Mountain. As you trek through the Annapurna region you encounter the majestic views of the Himalayas, lush bamboo, oak, rhododendron and alpine forests, snow-capped mountains, wide terrain, valleys of different ethnic groups and diverse wildlife. 

The trek requires vigorous training but it is possible to trek without prior experience. Depending on the individuals, it would take up to 10-16 days to finish this trek. Annapurna region is one of the most pleasant trekking areas offering lifetime adventures along the way.
